HXS10 Dual Loop Process Controller

A quick review of the HXS10 Dual Loop Process Controller with Solar Positioning Algorithm by Yokogawa. The HXS10 is capable of controlling two PID Loops along with other custom process logic. The HXS10 features a robust operating temperature range of -20C to +70C as well as low power consumption (5W or less). HXS10 supports communications via Modbus over Ethernet, RS232, and RS485. HXS10 has built in real-time clock with NREL Solar Positioning Algorithm along with pulse encoders inputs that makes it ideal for solar tracking applications.
